Use Snipper to grow your account. Don’t use it for spam, harassment, or impersonation. We don’t sell your data. Cancel any time. If something goes badly wrong, our liability is capped at one month of fees.
1. The service
Snipper is software that drafts and posts content on accounts you connect to it. You retain full ownership of any content posted to your account. We do not claim a license to your tweets, drafts, or trained style profile beyond what is required to operate the service for you.
We may improve the service without notice. Material changes that reduce functionality you’ve paid for will be announced 30 days in advance via email.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Snipper to: send unsolicited bulk messages, harass or threaten any person, impersonate other people without their consent, post content that violates X / Threads platform rules, or generate content involving minors. We will terminate accounts that do, without refund.
You are responsible for the content posted to your account, including content drafted by Snipper. We strongly recommend operating in approval mode for the first week.
3. Payment & cancellation
Plans renew monthly or annually based on your selection. We accept cryptocurrency through NOWPayments — USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20), BTC, ETH, USDC, and others.
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time.
We offer a 7-day free trial on Starter. No payment is required to start the trial.
4. Your data
We store your tweets, drafts, style profile, and approval history. We use this data to operate the service, improve style training for your account, and produce the analytics you see in the dashboard.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it with sub-processors only as required to run the service: our payment providers (including NOWPayments), AWS (hosting), Postmark (email).
You can export everything from Settings → Export. You can delete everything from Settings → Delete account; deletion is permanent and takes effect within 24 hours.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email any material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes shall be brought in the courts of Tallinn.
